Monel Syphon & Snubber components are made from nickel–copper alloys containing approximately 63% nickel and 28–34% copper, along with small amounts of iron, manganese, and other elements. These alloys offer exceptional corrosion resistance, particularly in seawater, alkalis, and acidic environments. Monel provides high tensile strength, excellent toughness, and superior resistance to stress-corrosion cracking. The material maintains stability across wide temperature ranges and delivers robust mechanical performance under high pressure and vibration.
